As a service providers for individuals, I have felt the direct effects this recession has had on the mindset of consumers. They are [i:nf3wbk46]much more cautitous [/i:nf3wbk46]when it comes to commiting and they often want to negotiate price---something that just didn't happen before.

Have you had to negotiate your salary or service fees in this, or past, recessions? What is different about negotiating pay in a recession compared to a strong economy?
